Decr. 196/03, of parties or categories of parties to whom the personal details may be communicated or who may become aware of said details in their capacity as designated representative within the state, persons in charge or authorised persons; obtain the updating, correction or, if applicable, integration of the information, its cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of information processed in breach of the law, including information which is not required to be stored in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; for certification that the operations pursuant to clause 3) above have been brought to the attention of those to whom the information was transmitted or distributed, also with regard to their content, except where such obligation is impossible or involves a use of means which is manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected; to oppose, in full or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal information regarding him/her, even if relevant to the purposes of collection, as well as the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for market research or business communications.
